Jesse Aschenberg has extensive experience in consumer bankruptcy matters. He has worked for the Chapter 13 Trustee for the District of Colorado’s U.S. Bankruptcy Court, as well as some of Colorado’s busiest bankruptcy law firms. He formed his own firm, Bankruptcy Professionals of Colorado in 2003.
Jesse received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Colorado and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, College of Law. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
When he’s not managing our client’s cases, you will find Jesse with his wife and their 5 children (whom they home-school), performing with one of several music groups or attempting to conquer another one of Colorado’s famous 14’ers. |

Amy Desai has been licensed as an attorney in Colorado since 1998. In addition to her experience in bankruptcy law, she has represented clients in the areas of family law, estate planning, probate, employment law, general litigation, and civil rights/constitutional law. She was a judicial clerk for the Indiana Supreme Court prior to coming to Colorado
Amy graduated from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis. She holds a BA in History and Political Science from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio.
Amy has advised state legislators on marriage and divorce legislation, and was a Marriage and Family Analyst for Focus on the Family for two years. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Douglas County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Denver Metro Christian Legal Society.
Amy and her husband are actively involved in their local church, and enjoy family time with their daughter and two Siamese cats. |
